About Me

I’m Ronnie.

Professionally, I have been working in roles focused on sales, growth, and go-to-market for SaaS start ups for over 10 years.

Currently, I manage a sales team at Grin, where I joined as the 9th employee and helped grow a 5 person sales team generating 1 million ARR to over 150 MDRs, BDRs, and AEs generating 40 million ARR.

Prior, I’ve worked at Square as well as a couple SaaS start ups based in Sacramento called Conquer and iSnap. Before discovering SaaS sales, I founded and ran a digital marketing agency.

Studying journalism and international communications in college, I never wanted to be in sales. Starting a company and serendiptiously stumbling into startups, I skeptically fell in love with sales and growth.

Personally, I spend my time raising my family with my incredible wife and two entertaining children. I enjoy reading, getting back to writing, red wine and traveling.
